Graduate
Physics students have the choice of two interdisciplinary graduate degrees at Ontario Tech University: Modeling and Computational Science, and Material Science. Both programs offer Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees.

Modeling and Computational Science
This program is a combination of physics, mathematics, and computation.

- Mathematical Modeling
- Modeling and Simulating Using Discrete Units
- High Performance computing

Material Science
This is a joint program with Trent University and is a combination of physics, chemistry, and analytic, computational, and experimental methods.
