Event overview
The Virtual Science Career Fair happens on Wednesday and Thursday of January 25th and 26th, 2023. Employers will be hosting one-hour sessions those days and are recruiting for co-op, and new graduate roles. The sessions will start with employers giving an overview of their company and the remaining time will be spent networking with students.
By registering for the event, students in the specified programs below, will be given access to attend all sessions. Review the employer guidebook often to see who is coming and which sessions you plan to attend.
Programs invited to Career Fair: students in Cooperative education, 3rd year and up from the programs below, are invited to register and attend:

- Apply to co-op or new grad opportunities after the event! Only those students that attend a session will be given access to upload their resumé. A link will be sent out to attendees after each session.

Registration
- Registration opens December 1, 2022 and closes January 17, 2023.
- Only students who are registered will be able to attend the sessions.

Student Preparation Workshops
We are hosting preparatory workshops online January 10 and 13, 2023, to assist students with being ready for the Science Career Fair. Registration will be through the Student Life Portal. We will discuss:
- What to expect at the Science Career Fair
- Preparing 'Tell Me About Yourself' statement
- Resume and Cover Letter
- Etiquette on how to be successful with Virtual Networking
- Developing probing questions for employers to learn as much as possible
- Participating Student Societies
