Dear Prospective Sponsors and Exhibitors,
The Canadian Society of Forensic Science (CSFS) is a non-profit professional organization incorporated to maintain professional standards, and to promote the study and enhance the stature of forensic science in Canada.
The CSFS will be holding its 2020 Conference at Ontario Tech University (formerly University of Ontario Institute of Technology) in Oshawa, Ontario. We graciously acknowledge support of our organization and the field of forensic science from generous companies such as yours and we would like to invite your company to participate in our conference as an exhibitor and/or sponsor.
The conference is geared towards the working forensic scientist, bringing together professionals from a wide variety of disciplines for the exchange of information through workshops and presentations. For more information about our organization, please visit our website at www.csfs.ca.
We have various sponsorship packages available to help meet the needs of individual sponsors or organizations with varying budgets. These different sponsorship levels provide different benefits according to your needs, and allow general sponsorship of the event. Companies are also offered additional advertising opportunities through the donation of door prizes and advertisements in the digital program.

If you or your organization are interested in become an exhibitor (gold or platinum packages) please note that spaces are limited and available on a first come/first-served basis. Therefore, please complete and return the agreement forms as soon as possible.
