Student Accommodation Opportunity

We are happy to offer some spaces for students accommodation at the North Campus of Ontario Tech University for the duration of the IDW  conference.

Here is the booking procedure for any delegate that is looking to make a reservation to stay with us on campus in the Simcoe Village - Open Concept Suites, during the IDW Conference - November 8-10, 2019 at the Nightly Rate - $79.95 + HST (13%)/ Night. We have 17 open concept suites available. Availability will be first come - first serve basis.

  1. To make a reservation, please have IDW Conference Delegates email Brett Huether - bhuether@stayrcc.com
  2. Guest will be required to provide the following information:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Email Address
  • Check-In Date
  • Check-Out Date
  • Name(s) of any other Guest(s) Staying in Room
  1. Reservation confirmed: confirmation number will be provided via email
  2. Credit card information upon check-In
  3. All guests, please be advised that due to the time of year, our housekeeping staff is not available during the weekend. Light service will not be provided or available. All open concept suites will be accommodations ready upon arrival.

Each open concept suites consists of the following:

  • Open concept style: consists of two double beds + one desk
  • Linens, blankets, pillows, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner included
  • Each suite has control over the temperature in the unit
  • Kitchenette: cquipped with bar sized fridge + microwave + sink
  • Three-piece washroom with stand-up shower
  • Other amenities include - 33” flat screen TV + free wireless Internet + complimentary parking + local calling
