Background
Dr. Eric Rapos maintains an interest in his technical background of model-driven software engineering, focusing on software quality, and process enhancements. He has also recently begun focusing on educational research targeting faculty development, the use of games in learning, and technology-based support for large classroom management. Dr. Rapos is the Director of the Reimagined Pedagogy of Games (RPG) Lab, where he works on advancing the use of games in faculty development and educational settings.
Prior to joining Ontario Tech University, Dr. Rapos was a full-time faculty member in the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering at Miami University, where he still maintains adjunct status to enable him to collaborate with colleagues and students on ongoing research.
